Club trip in Coed y Brenin. We all decided on doing the Mbr trail today. I really enjoyed this trail some of the decents were just fantastic some real heart stopping moments(is that good or bad?).
On the begining of the end section I had a bit of a off, first one of the holiday. I'd gone down the trail first then stopped to take some photos of the others coming past. After everyone had passed I followed them down the trail. On the last corner there are some quite steep steps I was a bit worried about catching the person infront and ending up getting my line and speed wrong.
The result being the front wheel pivoting on a rock rather than going over it ! Over the bars I went ! I did managed to avoid the face/head plant though just coming out with a bruised finger. I was told it looked quite spectacular.
Some of the others done the Tawr trail in the afternoon but nursing sore finger I took the road back upto the campsite them spent the afternoon intown (had to get some beer tokens from the bank)
